Naruto - Chapter 390
Itachi forces his eye to the limit, but Sasuke manages to escape all his attacks. Itachi’s right eye returns to normal and both brothers are out of chackra.
The deciding factor now is Sasuke’s last jutsu. He says it’s impossible to avoid. This jutsu was probably developed by him and Orochimaru in order to defeat Itachi.
Will everything go according to Sasuke’s plan, or does Itachi still have an unknown Mangekyo jutsu left?
Some interesting facts:
Amaterasu was born when Izanagi washed out his right eye, Tsukuyomi was born from the washing of the left eye, and Susanoo from the washing of the nose. Could Susanoo be the technic that Kakashi used? If this exists and Itachi uses this technic, how will the part about the "nose" fit in?
From one of Orochi’s tails, Susanoo pulled out a sword, which he named Kusanagi. The sword was presented to Amaterasu as a reconciliation gift. Does this mean that the sword of Kusanagi will have some special ability when used by a sharingan user? Or maybe be able to defend some of the Mangekyo attacks?
