The chapter starts with a flashback. The ghost could be seen observing the science department hiding Komui’s stuff. She was probably already planing to this from that time.
The ghost gives up, knowing that threatening Komui is not going to solve her problem. It seems she was forced into being a test subject for some kind of experience. It isn’t explained but, it’s probably something related to forcefully creating exorcists.
The ghost is envious of Lenalee, because she has her friends and brother. But then, she sees the affection between her and Komui and their happiness and she goes psycho. She invades Lenalee’s body at the same time that the zombies bust the place. Allen and the others also appear, getting beaten up by the zombies.
And then, everything starts going wrong. Lavi, Allen and Kanda are bitten.
I have no clue as to how they will make it right now. The only way, I think, would be for Cross to come back, or the desiese suddenly cures itself or Komurin EX destroys everything in some kind of comedy move lol.
This situation is truly turning serious, although I still see it as a comedy arc.
