Bleach - Chapter 349
The Lust 3
Inoue and Ishida witness Ichigo’s death. Inoue runs to him in panic, holding his fall. But, Ulquiorra quickly stands in her way, poiting out that she can’t bring him back to life. Ishida attacks him and Inoue gets some time to go to Ichigo.
She has no idea what to do. Ishida passes close to her, he’s already missing an arm. He tells her to focus on Kurozaki and goes to fight Ulquiorra again.
Ishida is put down again. Ulquiorra advances and smashes Inoue’s protection. Inoue desperately calls for help. That’s when Ichigo, having his hair growing, puts in hand on the ground preparing to stand up :)
Well, some kind of power up would have to happen for Ichigo to continue fighting and I was afraid it was going to be too unnatural. But, the way it happened, was really cool.
I’m not sure who’s standing up right now, if Ichigo or the hollow. I think the Hollow may have a chance to control Ichigo again now that he’s down. He always said he would be there.. waiting for his chance. Or maybe Ichigo just gave himself to him. All considering it’s the hollow of course.

C’mon Inoue, he’s dead.. it’s not like he’s gonna stan.. OMG HE’S STANDING UP
Funny how Ulquiorra continues being Captain Obvious and looks pissed because of humans always having hope.
- Personal Enjoyment: 5/5

I’ll have to disagree with you here. That plot twist was horrible, in my opinion! I mean, he’s on Supre Sayajin mode now? Ridiculous!
Bleach has been downgrading for quite a while, but this is too much.
But I have to say the rest of the chapter (except the last page) was amazing! Inoue was at her best (or worse, depending on how you see it).

Looks Kubo took the easy way out and just gave Ichigo his powerful straight away… I was looking forward to Orihime going crazy :(.

I’m sick of people going on and on about “Super Saiyajin mode” and “Dragon ball ripoff.” They seem to have forgot that Ichigo has done this before (twice, iirc). And it wasn’t “Shirosaki” who appeared… This is not a power-up, this is a step back for Ichigo in controlling his hollow self and hollow powers that he’s always had (well, since Urahara, anyway). I wonder how he’s going to suppress them again… because he will, no question about that. This is a shounen fight manga, after all. :)
Anyway, I really enjoyed this chapter. Others can moan about how Bleach is getting worse, but I’ve haven’t enjoyed it as much as now for a long time.

I’ve also been enjoying this anyway. for me, this last power-up, which probably means Shirozaki is back, is just like Naruto just getting more tails. Also, if it really is Shirozaki, then it’s all that TJ mentioned, which I agree. and also, I always like Shirozaki, how he fought not caring for anything, surprising their opponents..
and anyway, this happens all the time in shonen. I think D.Gray-Man was the manga that I noticed this more. characters just got strong for no aparent reason, other than “oh.. i have to be strong”. but if its done in a cool way or whatever, i actually like it. because at this time, i just wanna see Ulquiorra getting beat down lol

where is everyone gettin the name shirozaki from….
its name is hichigo.
and btw the hair is the same as ichigos completed hollow form…
from just before he won his inner battle, when kensei and lisa were fighting him so i assume it is him unlocking the full potential of his powers… not hichigo(shirozaki) taking over him again… he should stay in control
