The Labyrinth of Distorted Reflection
Naruto’s team arrives and notices that something should have happened to Kakashi and the others.
Sai goes for a little reckon and Naruto takes some time to go training. This seemed a little out of character.. Sai’s reckon was supposedly only gonna take a couple of minutes (not enough time) and Naruto should be all psyched about Orochimaru and Sasuke and not looking for breaks to train. I think..
Anyway, Naruto meets Yuukimaru instead of training.
The battle had that sketchy animation style. Some scenes were horrible like when Guren fist attacked Shino and Kiba, so horrible it was actually funny lol.
Kakashi and Inata’s fight was better. Still, not referent to animation, why would they make Shino use taijutsu?? He’s a long range fighters, it makes no sense for him to dash at the enemy.
Guren has trapped everyone inside a giant crystal. Naruto uses his new jutsu to break in.
The episode, although kind of low on the production, it was entertaining. Good enough for what I’ve come to expect from fillers.
