Beautiful Little Devil Charlotte

Having said that, this episode was average lol, there were one or two good laughs and the fight wasn’t very interesting for the most part, taking aside the end. Still, it was entertaining enough and had a good pace.

The manga was well adapted, it isn’t just one of my favorite parts of the plot and the seeing that fraccion animated makes it worse lol

We finally got to see Ayasegawa’s true shikai form animated. The following battles will surely be much better.

So, Ayasegawa’s fight shouldn’t have much more to it, it seems Kira is going to be the main character in the next episode. Judging from the coming titles, it will also last just one episode.

Illusion

This chapter deepens Kanda’s past a little like expected. It seems, just like the new "Exorcists" we was forcefully created to be an anti-akuma weapon. Although the detail are a little fuzzy. The next chapter will probably have more information on that.

Doesn’t happen much in this episode. We learn that Kanda’s sword was created by the Asian Branch Chief, and people are shown everyone discussing whether it’s right or not to use dark matter to help fight the Earl.

I liked the "flower illusion" thing when Kanda appears now seeing almost a giant garden. Not sure what it really means, probably just the "mental" form of his power on his own eyes.

The series is going on a hiatus starting next week. No information as to why or when it will come back.

An Alchemist’s Distress

Shou Tucker’s arc all compressed into one episode but, following the manga now. They are losing some depth in the storyline with all this rush but, I still prefer it this way.

Scar’s first appearance also happens in this episode. He fight’s and kill’s the Iron Blood Alchemist. The fight was short but cool and well done. It shows well Scar’s skill and how he easly he can get a powerful battle oriented alchemist.

Shou Tuckers’s arc was well done. There wasn’t much build up with just one episode but, it still worked really well. In the end Shou dies along with the chimera, just like in the manga.

Things are going to get busier now with the main story-line emerging. The next episode will probably be about Ed and Al griefing and their first encounter with Scar and the Armstrong Alchemist.

Can’t wait to see how they are going to animate the fight and if they are going to do something more than with the first season. This series will probably start improving a lot from now on with the first arc’s gone. Can’t wait for Lin to appear.. I hope he’s part of this new season.

The Light That Pierces Through The Darkness

One battle over, all the blazer’s fighting bugs are now released. I hope the next fight improves on this one.

So, it’s time for my most anticipated battle, Kuroki vs Shuga. So Kuroki figures how his black kakutan works. The battle was cool, I think this mangaka has much more skill doing body-to-body close battles than power based ones.

Meanwhile, Daichi manages to power up his electricity mysticker enough so that even Kane’s guitar can’t absorv it. That one of the reason’s they are after Daichi, it seems he’s special in some way that allows him to use a mysticker beyond it’s limits when a normal person would need some kind of amplifier.

Both Daichi and Kuroki come to a hard spot but, Misora arrives just in time, Daichi now has his Tamamayu again. Kuroki also reveals a new ability of his sword.

For now, it’s been kind of disappointing, I’ve only really felt interest in Kuroki’s fight.

Born Of Hatred & Love

Everybody is happily training in HQ. Some more Crow members have arrived with Renee. They are really using dark matter, they are like half-humans half -akumas born through genetic experiments with that egg they captured long ago. It will be interesting to see they fight, I wonder if they all just use their arms to eat Akuma or if they really have a personal power like exorcists.

Anyway, it seems there’s something going on with Kanda. First we are hinted that Kanda is like Allen. It made me think they were referring to him wanting to save the Akuma’s soul, just like Allen, while most just want to destroy the Akuma. It also seems Kanda had a dark beginning, like Allen. We’ll probably now more in the coming chapters.

No idea though why Rennee is talking about sacrifices and Kanda. Nice chapter, good comedy, awesome art and some new mysteries.

The Day Of Rebirth (1)

Ageha and Amamiya think about Oboro and Asaga. They have no chance to go looking for them alone. Also, even if the kids wanted to help, it would endanger them and Root. They can’t risk the future of humanity. For now, they are just going to hope for them.

Meanwhile, it’s time for them to know in detail what really happened in the day of rebirth.

From what I understood, Miroku started his "war" destroying major cities one after the other. Elmore and the kids, knowing they were no match, refrained from intervening. Then, unrelated to that, a meteor, that was supposed to pass near Earth, changed his trajectory and hit our planet completely destroying it and creating the world of "Psyren".

So, even though Miroku was trying to change and rule the world, he wasn’t responsible for the full apocalypse, that was the meteor. That’s also the way that our planet’s atmosphere and everything else changed, radiation, all people getting psi powers, etc. Which means, even if they somehow stopped Miroku, there’s still the meteor but, they wouldn’t have time to become strong enough anyway.

Concerning that, Ageha and the others never came back supposedly, after this mission. Does this mean they are not getting back anymore? Maybe they were just supposed to die because of Shinner and Dholaki but, with the future changed, at least Ageha and Amamiya survived.

I wonder what they’ll do now. Maybe go back to the present and come back later like always. Maybe Oboro and Asaga will appear during that time.

Another thing, it seems Miroku was never heard of again after the meteor.. Could he have died? The meteor was a threat to both humanity and the W.I.S.E. He could have died and then Grana, or whoever runs them now, took over.

Anyway, cool chapter, some interesting revelations. Even though this plot has some inconsistencies, it’s probably the manga I’m currently enjoying more just for the plot. Can’t wait to see what’s next.

Red Camellia

Yuukimaru saves Guren. Konoha’s shinobi regroup. Tobi continues observing the situation.

Guren finally decides to take care of Yuukimaru. Still, Orochimaru’s objective isn’t just to stop the Sanbi, for that they could just have left him hidden the way he was. I’m not sure on how they want to capture him but, anyway, Renji tries to use Guren so Yuukimaru takes action.

The whole plot right now is kind of confusing, on Orochimaru’s part. It may be that it’s just stupid and doesn’t make sense but, I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt until I know everything. I say this, because, they either try to call the Sanbi, then move it away, then capture it then escape. What the hell is their true objective?

Naruto ends up fighting with Guren against the Sanbi. But, they are having it hard. The next episode will probably be about Naruto and Guren teaming up. Tobi finally leaves to get Deidara.

This episode wasn’t bad, the drama was little overdone like most Naruto fillers but it was okay overall. There were some cool art shots.

Stirrings From The Womb Of The Black Ball

loool, can’t believe it really happened.. Anyway, Gantz doesn’t bring anyone back and skips that part. They are now all supposedly free. Reika, forgetting her clothes, goes back in the room again alone.

She finds the man inside the ball walking outside freely. I thought he was much older, he kind of reminds me of Dr. Manhattan, if it wasn’t for his evil-like grin. Anyway, he asks who it was she wanted to bring back, like he’s trying to fix his mistake.

Reika tells him and.. he makes another copy of Kurono.. lol All those crazy theories on the net came true. I mean, many people joked that Reika would try to make a copy of Kurono for herself.. well it ended happening, in a different way but, it happened nonetheless.

Now, was it just a coincidence? Like anyone could have appeared? Or did the ball look through Reika’s heart (yeah lol I know) and saw who she really wanted to make?

Anyway, I’m really interested to see what she’ll do now. Will she make the Kurono’s appearance a secret? Will it be exposed to the others? Will she argue with the man? Will the man reveal anything else?

Or maybe we will finally see something more of Reika.. with her new "Kurono".. lol It’s been sometime since Gantz showed some porn-like stuff. Lately, all current characters have kind of grown enough and there’s not really any sex psychos out there anymore, I was surprised Gantz had become so "porn" free. Anyway, I must sound like a total hentai, moving on, great twist, never thought it would really happen.
