Sode no Shirayuki vs. Rukia!
Confused Heart
Rukia comes to soul society and faces her zanpakutou. She’s losing the fight when Ichigo arrives to help.
Ichigo handles himself well but, he can’t really give his all, he doesn’t want to destroy the zanpakutou.
Rukia ends up interfering. After witnessing her zanpakutou’s anger, she decides to set her free of her own free will. She says that shinigami can never win against their zanpakutou because they care too much for them. So, she sets her free and asks for her to leaver her hatred behind. She does one final attack and actually harms Sode no Shirayuki.
At that moment, Muramasa appears to set Sode no Shirayuki "straight" again. Rukia’s words were reaching her. Ichigo talks to him and learns he’s a zanpakutou too.
Nice episode, not perfect but, entertaining. The next one will be about Ichigo’s Zangetsu.
