Bleach - Episode 233

Zangetsu Becomes an Enemy

Bleach 233

Muramasa talks about Zanpakutou, although some things are arguable. Still, he has a point. More, it seems they purposely let Rukia escape so that the real world could be warned and Ichigo would come. Now Muramasa can free Zangetsu too.

So, Ichigo and Muramasa fight a little and Muramasa applies is powers, some kind of hypnosis and control ability. He frees Zangetsu and Zangetsu fights Ichigo. Zangetsu doesn’t talk back nor answer Ichigo’s questions. Anyway, Zangetsu defeats him and the hollow comes out.

Bleach 233

Not sure in which time frame this is supposed to happen but, it’s like Ichigo never subjugated his hollow and is now under is control. No matter, the fight is cool and well animated. Shirozaki can use some Zangetsu powers (I they are Zangetsu’s). Anyway, he continues evolving until he reaches the same stage as when he was almost breaking out when Ichigo tried to make Shirozaki submissive. I loved how Ichigo almost defeated Zangetsu and Muramasa, it was time someone kicked their asses. Not sure what Muramasa is going to

The art was inconsistent, it looked both ugly and good. Still, Zangetsu looked 100% stylish and the animation was awesome for most of the episode.

Bleach 233

Really nice episode. The next one seems to mess with the Shinigami-Zanpakutou a little more with Muramasa meeting Shirozaki inside Ichigo. I’m curious to see what else will happen, I’m really liking this fillers.
