Sypnosis: Hal and Kai are two narcotics agents investigating the sudden expansion of a drug-trafficking group. To find out more about them, Hal goes undercover as an informant for the group itself, while Kai does the same in a botanic laboratory with an unexplained connection to it. Although initially things seem to go alright for both, things get complicated when Hal receives a mysterious phone call of someone who knows about their investigation… and about "switch". So, the synopsis summarizes the majority of the story. Hal manages to get deep into Asaya while Kai finds the key to a place where the botanic garden is hidding whatever it is related to the drugs.
The anime was not great but, enjoyable. Maybe it’s just me but, I think the show hints at a lot of shonen-ai between some characters. But, nothing big.
The episode gets a lot more interesting in the end.
In the middle of everything, strange stuff starts to happen. First, it seems like Kotetsu is tring to deceive Kazuya. Then, Kitagashi is misteiously murdered and Kai is about to be attacked or something by someone when he’s about to enter the botanics secret place.
Also, Hal receives a strange call from someone who knows about Switch, no idea what that is but, by Hal’s reaction, it’s something really important.
The two main characters seem to have some kind of secret relation, probably related to that Switch thing, but I don’t know what really is going on between them.
Although this is an OVA, there doesn’t seem to be that great of a production value. Although, as there’s not much action going on, it’s not really noticeable and all the art, be it characters or backgrounds, look good.
Overall, knowing it only has one more episode left, this OVA managed to make me pretty curious about Switch and what’s going on.
