Well, with the last hiatus, I’m probably going to confuse even more stuff. Anyway, I think 35 years have passed and we learn some of the Noah’s history. They actually seem like the good guys there, even though they are evil. The Earl is almost finished finding everyone. There’s just one Noah, Wrath, that still has to re-incarnate. After that, they will be 13 again. Although I’m still confused and dodgy translation didn’t help.

Elsewhere, Allen and other exorcists are fighting some Akumas and there’s lot of them. Allen is much stronger still, there are too many. Two Third Exorcists arrive, it seems they are an "upgraded" version of the first dark matter users. One of them is really powerful and manages to consume all akumas nearby. Allen is shocked witnessing their souls disappearing, not being saved. One of the Third envies his abilities to see the akumas suffer. This pisses Allen of course.

Anyway, everywhere, it seems the world is consumed by darkness and akumas abound, even level 4s. Although it seems they are already used at fighting them. They are all probably much stronger.

Then, the Noahs scatter and appear at every major exorcist place. Allen and the two Thirds are attacked and one is killed. Elsewhere, it seems Kanda ha problems too. Also, the North American Branch is attacked by the Earl and Road.. supposedly.

So, I liked this chapter, it was violent and dark, all with awesome art but, it seems like everything is moving too fast and things are very confusing. It’s almost like they don’t have time to finish it anymore because of the hiatus and are rushing everything.

Illusion

This chapter deepens Kanda’s past a little like expected. It seems, just like the new "Exorcists" we was forcefully created to be an anti-akuma weapon. Although the detail are a little fuzzy. The next chapter will probably have more information on that.

Doesn’t happen much in this episode. We learn that Kanda’s sword was created by the Asian Branch Chief, and people are shown everyone discussing whether it’s right or not to use dark matter to help fight the Earl.

I liked the "flower illusion" thing when Kanda appears now seeing almost a giant garden. Not sure what it really means, probably just the "mental" form of his power on his own eyes.

The series is going on a hiatus starting next week. No information as to why or when it will come back.

Born Of Hatred & Love

Everybody is happily training in HQ. Some more Crow members have arrived with Renee. They are really using dark matter, they are like half-humans half -akumas born through genetic experiments with that egg they captured long ago. It will be interesting to see they fight, I wonder if they all just use their arms to eat Akuma or if they really have a personal power like exorcists.

Anyway, it seems there’s something going on with Kanda. First we are hinted that Kanda is like Allen. It made me think they were referring to him wanting to save the Akuma’s soul, just like Allen, while most just want to destroy the Akuma. It also seems Kanda had a dark beginning, like Allen. We’ll probably now more in the coming chapters.

No idea though why Rennee is talking about sacrifices and Kanda. Nice chapter, good comedy, awesome art and some new mysteries.

Allen dreams of Mana. For a second there I though the 14th was the one who woke up while Allen was sleeping. Lenalee was standing beside him, cute as always. Link yells at her for sleeping there in such an "immodest state". Why didn’t Lavi find her first? lol

After the funny part, Lenalee asks Allen if there was something up with him in his sleep or when he woke up. She noticed some differences, now I really think the 14th was the one present when Allen first got up.

Meanwhile, the American Branch chief arrives unexpectedly. I’m not sure who Bak-chan is anymore but, anyway, Renee’s coming probably isn’t good. She also brought two guards from Crow. Not sure if they are the same two that appeared before.

Cool chapter, funny. A new arc is beginning, can’t really predict much about it, although it reminds me of when Link and his "boss" first appeared

Just Have To Wash Your Face

Allen and the guys are waiting inside. The "Crow-guy" acts all high and mighty, he reminds me of Kanda lol Allen funnily replies to him. I hope he sticks with the group for a while, I’d love to see him argue with Kanda lol.

Meanwhile, outside the barrier, the science team manages to release the barrier.

The Skull’s are also very curious about the Crow member.

After everything’s done, the tension is high on Timothy’s destiny but, it all comes down really well into a comedic situation. I really love D.Gray-Man’s comedy lol Timothy himself takes the lead and decides to go with the exorcists no matter being forced. It’s true he wouldn’t be able to stay anyway now and he understands that.

Allen and Link have also become closer and the chapter ends with some kind of promise that Allen will meet Mana again, unless I misunderstood.

Anyway, the last stuff concerning Timothy is resolved and this little arc seems to be over.

Darkness Touch

Kanda and Allen are now going alone at the level 4. The short battle is cool (would love to see it animated). Allen uses Crown Clown to stab the level 4 from a blind spot, stabbing himself too.

There’s no problem because Crown Clown shouldn’t affect him.. unless there’s something inside him that’s actually evil.

What happens next was kind of confusing. First Allen was led to use that attack by the Fourteenth (I think, the hiatus in this series is still affecting me lol). Then the sword affects him too because of that. The level 4 decided to kill him while he’s still alive but, something emerges from Allen, the fourteenth probably. The level 4 is really surprised. Before anything happens, Kanda appears and stabs the level 4 too. Allen then uses his sword and both finish him in a very gory way.

Allen returns to normal. This could all mean that the 14th will start emerging more often. It could happen that Allens takes full control of him gaining more power or that the 14th takes over the body, much like Ichigo and Shirozaki in Bleach.

Oh, and I really liked the cover art. All of the chapters have been a treat in the art department.

Hishou Natehatena

Reever and the others arrive at the orphanage. They notice something wrong. They are not supposed to enter the barrier but, one of the guards manages top dispel it.

They are members from Crow, and they are really strong. Link, without his body fully restored to normal, fails to defend against the level 3 but, Maradao saves him by consuming the level 3 completely. I was hoping for Maradao to do something more physical but, it was still cool.

Now, Kanda and Allen seems eager to take revenge on the level 4. The final shot looked really cool.

The mysteries from Crow continue. First, the akumas don’t sense any innocence from them so, they are not exorcists. But, they surely have special abilities that humans don’t. Only akumas are supposed to e able to pass through that barrier. So maybe Crow members were experimented with Dark matter. If they use dark matter and are similar to akumas, then his ability to consume akumas makes sense.

Tsukikami Level II

I’m still a little confused about what’s been happening with D.Gray-Man because of the hiatus. Anyway, a bunch of Finders involved in the Timothy thieving mess, will now come along with Reever to help the others, probably. He has two guards from Central with him and they look powerful. They will probably be the key point in the fight.

I’m not sure if Reever had become greatly injured or something like that in the previous arc, or if he’s just receiving a really warm welcome because the Finders were sick of waiting.

In the battle field, Timothy takes another Akuma down and goes for the level III but, he has no chance whatsoever with just a level II. He also can’t possess him, so he’s useless right now. For a moment, I though he was going to end possessing the level IV and ending everything.

Timothy is about to get killed by the level 3 when Link appears and saves him. I can’t remember exactly but, it seems he was transformed into a doll by the Akuma Timothy possessed and now, the transformation has reversed.

They buyed some more time but, I’m guessing they will lose if Reever doesn’t arrive soon.
