Tsukikami Level II

I’m still a little confused about what’s been happening with D.Gray-Man because of the hiatus. Anyway, a bunch of Finders involved in the Timothy thieving mess, will now come along with Reever to help the others, probably. He has two guards from Central with him and they look powerful. They will probably be the key point in the fight.

I’m not sure if Reever had become greatly injured or something like that in the previous arc, or if he’s just receiving a really warm welcome because the Finders were sick of waiting.

In the battle field, Timothy takes another Akuma down and goes for the level III but, he has no chance whatsoever with just a level II. He also can’t possess him, so he’s useless right now. For a moment, I though he was going to end possessing the level IV and ending everything.

Timothy is about to get killed by the level 3 when Link appears and saves him. I can’t remember exactly but, it seems he was transformed into a doll by the Akuma Timothy possessed and now, the transformation has reversed.

They buyed some more time but, I’m guessing they will lose if Reever doesn’t arrive soon.

Timothy Innocence

D.Gray-Man is finally back. Not sure if the author is at 100% but, she’s surely better than before. Anyway, D.Gray-Man returns to serialization.

This chapter feature some confusing art, still awesome though. But maybe that’s just me or the scanlation.

Timothy, enrage with every thing that’s happening, uses his power again and possesses the level 2 akuma. So that’s why the level 2 suddenly defended Emilia. It was actually pretty obvious.. lol dumb me.

After possessing an akuma for the first time, his innocence transforms and takes some kind of form showing itself to him for the first time.

Tsukikami doesn’t explain much to him. He just basically tells him about the innocence. Timothy seems to accept it. Now he wants to use it and protect Emilia and the others. But, even if he can do something to the low level akumas, he can’t probably make a difference in the overall battle against the level 4. I mean, three strong and experienced Exorcists have failed.. I think it’s three.. Don’t mind plot mistakes in this post, it’s been to long since the previous chapter lol

Now, on to Timothy’s innocence. It’s very different from all others we’ve seen. He’ll probably be a very important Exorcist, just like Miranda. When he possesses an akuma, he absorbs them and turns it into innocence. I’m not sure of how the level 2 will be from now on when Timothy returns to his body.

Cool chapter, although it seems like a lot of stuff had to be compacted to fit the page limit.

Well, this chapter just made me realize how Marie is a "girl".. Don’t know how I ever though she was a man, taking aside her name of course.

So, they are powerless against this situation. Allen is down, Link is down, Kanda is at his limit and Marie has lost her headphones and two fingers.

Meanwhile, Timothy has time to understand that his robberies were bad and that he destroyed many lives. Anyway, they are about to finish things when Emilia appears to protect Timothy. One of the akumas moves to kill her but, the level 2 stands in between them.

The narrator talks about a betrayal. Maybe this one of those akumas who were converted to the exorcists side or maybe he’s just stopping the others from killing her because he wants to do something even worst to her.

Lonely Boy

This chapter introduces the Brokers. They are normal humans who work for the Earl for money. She shots Emilia and takes Timothy with her. Link now understands how they found them so quickly. A gun’s probably no problem for him but, a level 2 appears and kills the Broker.

Link moves in to take Timothy back, he can’t be gazed at by the level 2 for more than 6 seconds. Another two akumas appear. As he’s not an exorcist, he can’t really destroy them but, he’s powerful enough to take them out. He almost managed to do it but, the 6 seconds ability beat him.

Allen also seems to be losing against the level 4, no sign of the others.

I think Timothy will probably give some use to his powers and help them in the next chapter. I wonder if he can enter the mind of exorcists and akumas.

The situation is little worse. Not only Allen’s musician powers and cursed eye can’t be use but also, the barrier doesn’t allow them to leave but, allows akumas to go in and out as they please.

Other akumas are coming to get Timothy while the exorcists are busy with the level 4. At least Link stayed with him. He’s a capable fighter. He’ll probably catch them by surprise.

Also good, is that it doesn’t seem like they are planning to bring any other level 4.

The fight has been very cool and well done to this point. Allen and Kanda seem to be fighting as real teammates for the first time lol.

The Child Thief

The chapter starts by showing who G is right away. It’s not some kind of innocence-infused ghost. It’s really a human child with innocence powers. He can freely switch his mind to other bodies. It’s related to a strange jewel that grows in his forehead.

It seems he robbed some money to donate to the convent where he lives. Which is a good cause but, it was probably just from one of the thefts. The rest of the money is probably for him, or just does it for the fun.

When Allen is about to enter the convent he gets it by G who was being kicked lol and he accidentally switches bodies. He then starts crying but, with Allen body and they figure it out right away. Kanda kindly gets his real body next to his sword and asks for a confession.

They are going to take the child. Of it’s innocence, he will become an exorcist. It will surely be an important ability.

One of the nuns is a spy for the Earl. She contacts someone and a level 4 akuma is sent.. They are trapped in a barrier around the convent. Can they make it this time? Although he’s strong, they were all down from their previous fight at the time. I think it will go much better this time.

The Possessed Inspector

It seems Link is part of Crow. G understands he has a strong body and start fighting but, he doesn’t have much experience and Allen and Kanda take him down quickly, making him very sad lol

G seems almost like a child. He has emotions and doesn’t seem to really know what he’s doing, like he’s just playing. The fighting was cool, I like seeing Kanda using a sword more traditionally. G’s stabbing was also funny.

He manages to get away but, now Marie can track his location.

Sneak-Thief? Ghost? Innocence?

It seems Cross has left a message for Allen. It’s like one of his last speeches when he truly showed is caring for Allen. Still, like Allen says, it’s strange of him to have acted like this.

Continuing the arc, Allen and co. prepare to catch G who will try to rob the Louvre.

They catch him and he supposdly changes bodies to the police-man taking care of the crown. He escapes to the top of the building and shows off, too bad for him that Allen was waiting to ambush him. They capture him but, he then transfers himself to Link.

So, he really is some kind of ghost who can invade any person and control them, we just don’t know if he’s also able to enter someone who uses innocence, like the Exorcists. So, it probably is a case of Innocence after all.

Nice chapter with some good laughs.
