Direct Hit

Yupi continues to pretend he’s enraged and he finally gets Knuckle to come out. 

Knuckle can’t risk being hit. He waits until Yupi is about to explode to try and take advantage of the moment.

Yupi starts the expansion and Knuckle jumps at him. During the small interval of time he has, Knuckle thinks about the situation, going deeper to the reason he’s avenging Shoot and how they become so close. He then notices the oddity of his fast thinking and remembers it must be like those situations where time slows down, moments before death.

Knuckle notices it too late. The timing was perfect, but he was playing into Yupi’s trap.

Knuckle is in mid air and can’t change direction or dodge. Yupi returns to normal and prepares to hit Knuckle. It’ll be all over. Knuckle silently accepts his death.

And then, Killua suddenly appears. Meleoron made it in time.

Killue attacks Yupi with electricity and Knuckle is able to finally hit him. This surely wasn’t enouth to take Yupi now. But, since he’s weaker now, suffered some damage and Killua joined the fight, they now have a chance.

Hunter X Hunter will be entering another undefined hiatus. Shonen Jump will make an announcement has soon has the serialization restart is scheduled.

Escape

Yupi starts pretending to be enraged. Is trying to full Knuckle for his own advantage.

It seems like Pufu has been transfroming himself into tiny little bugs and escaping Morau’s prision. Will he realize this soon enough?

Ikarugo is still shearching for Palm. He comes in contact with Brovuda. Brovuda already had a plan for figuring out the traitor. If Ikarugo hadn’t been hiding, he would be dead now.

Something happened to Palm. The message she leaves makes us assume she’s dead or at least won’t matter anymore on the course of things.

Ikarugo sees a chance to do something, but I’m not sure to what he means with it. We’ll have to wait and see. 

Destruction

Yupi, boiling with rage, transforms. As if he was not strong enough, now he’s really powerful. Knuckle’s resolve to beat him right there faded quickly.

Knuckle runs to get Shoot as Yupi completely destroys the building.

After this momentary power-up, Yupi regresses to a weaker form than before. That transformation had it’s disadvantages. Now Knucle sees an opening, but contrary to his thinking, Yupi isn’t at a disadvantage psychologically. He’s calm and rationally thinking of the King’s the best interests. Now, he’s going to deal with the intruders.

I guess his still really strong, but now Knuckle has a chance. The real fight is going to start now.

Zeno finds an unexpected enemy while returning home. The enemy wants to test his new technic, but he fails to see Zeno’s strength and underestimates him. Killua’s father happears and intantly kills him.

What’s he doing there? Is he just going back like Zeno, or will he stay to fight?

Next chapter will certainly focus on Knuckle’s fight. This will probably be a well though battle.

Insult

Meleoron reaches Killua and explains the situation. Killua asks him to lend him his powers. What’s he going to do?

Knuckle keeps evading Yupi. It seems like Knuckle is the best there is in evading. He ends up leaving the room, but Yupi doesn’t come after him.

Knuckle worries about Shoot, but it seems Yupi just ignored him. After all Shoot gave to the fight, even prepared to die, Yupi’s attitude, like they are nothing more than mere flies, completely destroys both of their prides.

While Yupi tries to understand what’s going on with Pufu, Knuckles plans of getting Shoot to safety, but then realizes Yupi didn’t even care for Shoot. He gets angrier and angrier and decides to just drop Shoot and go take Yupi right now. Shoot thinks of bringing him to reason, but he himself can’t handle Yupi’s attitude. He asks Knuckle to do it for both of them.

Although Yupi is far superior than Knuckle, he seems completely determined, like there’s no way he’s going to lose.

Is Kunckle going to win? Will Killua come and help?

Missileman

Knuckle shows himself and Shoot can’t fight anymore. Meleoron decides to go help another group. He can’t do anymore here.

Werefin almost finds Meleoron. He’s really suspicious of everyone.

I didn’t understand the last page. It’s like Meleoron has found Gon and Killue, he then touches Killua for him to be aware of his presence, but in the next panel he’s alone and only hearing Gon’s cry.

How is Gon’s relationship with Pitou change?

Does Knuckle have a chance in this fight?

Promise

Gon doesn’t want to believe what Pitou says. He says she must be lying and can’t understand how Killua doesn’t see this. Pitou ends up taking har arm off and offering it to Gon, she says he can do whatever he wants to her, as long as it doesn’t interfere with her healing.

Gon is emotionally collapsing, it’s unfair that she is healing the girl after what she did to Kaito. He loses his calm and tries to kill Piotu, but Killua makes him stop in time.

Gon accepts to wait one hour and then go Pei Jing to heal Kaito.

I think Gon is acting to much irrationally. He’s becoming less and less a character that I like in this last chapters.

Answer

Gon has reached Pitou. The situation he sees, makes him remember Kaito. He doesn’t understand that Pitou his healing her. Killua not blinded by vengeance realizes there’s something wrong. He was already suspecting, because of his grandfather’s words

Pitou can’t fight Gon’s Nen in that situation and she humbly asks him to wait. She explains the situation. I’m not sure about Gon’s feelings. I think he says she is selfish, because he wanted to hate her completely. He couldn’t have any remorses. He was supposed to be kill a person that deserves to be killed. Since this situation happened, Gon’s will to kill her has lowered. I think that’s why e became so upset on the last page. But it’s just my opinion.

Reunion

Shauapufu has hypnotic abilities and can read through an opponent’s mind and detect his feelings and predict his movements.

Pufu starts undergoing some kind of transformation, but Morau is okay with that since he has no real necessity to win. He just wants to give time for the old man to kill the King.

Meanwhile Werefin continues suspecting Flutter. Flutter is only safe for the moment, because Werefin thinks that Brouda is also a traitor.

Zeno departs the battlefield. Is he going away, because he was just going to help the old man in the beginning? Or can’t he just fight him, because of his actions towards the girl?

Gon finds Pitou and seems ready for revenge. Will he wait until Pitou heals the girl? Are his feelings of hatred going to decrease if he does this?

Miscalculation

Knuckle is in so much psychological pain that only 10 seconds seem like an eternity. He’s about to attack when Meleoron taps him, because he was about to reach his air limit. This helps Knuckle cool his head. He was about to be found by Yupi and all of Shoot’s efforts would go to waste.

Shoot uses some cool strategies to fight Yupi, but he eventually reachs his limit. Knucke then decides to make his presence known to Yupi. What will happen now?

The Hunter X Hunter serialization seems to be going fine. Let’s hope this last.

I’ve finally cough up to the latest chapter and I’ll be blogging the Hunter X Hunter manga series from now on.

This is an excellent shonen series. At first I was little put off by the art, because it’s not very detailed and normally features some ugly drawings. But I kept going, remembering all the reviews I had read stating how it was the best shonen and how the others copied it. I can now say that the only thing lacking in comparison to other shonens is the cool factor, something which a good and cool art are very important to. Other than that, this series is really original, most mangas like Naruto, 666 Satan, Bleach, etc.. take a lot of stuff from this manga, from types of chakras to the use of evil organizations and a lot of other stuff.

About the art, I don’t know if the mangaka is just a slacker, but it doesn’t seem like he has staff to help him and he has some kind of illness that has been said to be the cause of the constant hiatus.

The serialization has returned for now with this chapter and there’s no indication that it won’t continue normally for now. Let’s hope it stays that way and best of luck to the author.

After witnessing the King’s affection towards Komugi, Zeno isn’t putting is malice into his attack. I think the King’s actions shouldn’t make a difference, he still is responsible for human deaths and will continue to cause more.

Gon and Killua head to where Pitou is. Killua is debating himself with some emotional issues, but I’m not certain to what he wanted to ask Gon.

Shoot continues fighting Yupi while suffering serious wounds. Knuckle is doing his best not to intervene until he has a good opportunity.

Werefin has found about Flutter. Since everyone else will be involved in fights in the next chapters, Werefin will be free to kill the traitor at his will.
