Bull On The Rampage

For a moment, I though it was Bulls On Parade lol, just for a moment. Jugo heals Sasuke but, only enough to make him regain consciousness. They are both exhausted. Karin’s too.

The 8 tails makes a frontal attack. Suigetsu uses some kind of water jutsu to hold it back. He shouts for everyone to retreat while he holds him.

The 8 tails starts gathering up chakra. He’s using the same attack than Naruto. But, this one is made in full form, I suspect it’s way more powerful.

I don’t really know how but, Suigetsu manages to defend them somehow. When the clouds disappear, the landscape has completely changed. Other shinobi feel the attack and go to the place.

They see the reason why is fellow shinobi transformed. There’s Akatsuki fighting him. They know about them, and they probably still seek revenge for them taking Yugito.

Now, Suigetsu really seems done. They have nothing left. Sasuke remembers how all of them sacrificed themselves to protect him. It makes him remember about his times in Konoha. Burning with emotion, he forces his left eye to use Amaterasu. Is the Mangekyou enough to defeat the beast?

I think Sasuke is just trying to allow them to escape. I think defeating the jinchuriki is out of their league for now. Also, more shinobi have been alerted. They have a kage too, which means more powerful shinobi and they are at their limit.

Meanwhile, Naruto has learned to use the sage powers quickly than Jiraya but, he also transforms his body a little. I hope he can get it down in at maximum 2 more chapters, so he can move on. Maybe Konoha will hear of the Akatsuki attack and send a team to retrieve Sasuke.

Crash

The jinchuriki starts gathering his bijuu’s chakra. I’m not sure but, I think he puts out four of the tails. It seems he has complete control over his bijuu. He attacks before Sasuke reaches him. Sasuke uses his sharingan to dodge the attack in mid air. IN comparison to a while ago, the jinchuriki’s movements have much more power but, are much more linear. Sasuke has no problem predicting them now.

The jinchuriki is surprised with Sasuke’s ability. He remembers how only his brother was able to dodge that. Does this mean he has a brother? If he’s still alive and nearby. Then, he must be a very strong shinobi. Maybe things won’t go as planned for the Hawk.

After Sasuke dodges, the jinchuriki doesn’t stop and continues to attack his friends. Jugo gets Karin and Suigetsu and uses his cursed abilities to escape.

Sasuke gets to the scene immediately and uses his Mangekyou. The jinchuriki is put on a torture illusion but, nothing as powerful as Tsukuyomi. Sasuke seems exhausted after just a few seconds of using it. But, he has no time to rest. The bijuu acts as a partner and infuses his chakra into the jinchuriki to stop the illusion. He attacks Sasuke who is caught by the surprise attack.

Sasuke’s chest and neck get torn apart. The bijuu’s chakra causes great wounds. Jugo is going to transfuse some of his flesh and blood into Sasuke to heal him. In the meantime, the jinchuriki completely releases his bijuu. His skin starts peeling off, just like Naruto’s. If Naruto trains enough, he will probably be able to do the same and stop the Kyuubi from breaking loose.

An image of the monstrous bijuu appears in front of Jugo, Karin and Suigetsu. They don’t seem confident anymore. I don’t know if this is just some kind of mental image of if they are really going to fight that monster, like the cat bijuu and Gaara’s awakening of his bijuu.

Can’t wait so see more.

Fear Like They Have Never Known Before

Sasuke is down, it really seems like he was going to die if it wasn’t for his friends. Suigetsu blocks the finishing blow with his sword but, the jinchuriki runs his chakra through the blade and it cuts through Suigetsu’s. Sasuke infuses is own chakra in the sword to counter the Jinchuriki. His blade stops. Jugo uses the chance to hit him from behind. His punch packs enormous power and as everybody backs off, he unleashes his cursed seal powers. Still, the jinchuriki gets away.

Sasukes drinks Kirin’s blood and heals himself right away. She has more abilities than we were expecting. The jinchuriki doesn’t acknowledge them as powerful oponents, yet.

Naruto continues his training. He wants to try the same strategy that he used with Kakashi but, that way it will be easier to turn into a frog and harder for the frog to it him in time. He uses just for bushins, it’s very good already.

He talks with the frog and gets all worked up and jumps strait into the fountain lol.

Meanwhile, Team Hawk attacks the jinchuriki at the same time. They manage to get one hit but, the jinchuriki still gets away and doesn’t look injured. He plans to run away but, Kirin’s ability gets his location instantly and Sasuke prepares to attack. Realizing this the jinchuriki gets prepared to use a new technique. It’s name sounds like this one will use his bijuu’s power. Can’t wait to see.

The battle is going to get serious now. As for Naruto, I wonder if jumping in the lake was just for comical purposes or if he’s really going to try to master the technique instantly.

Eight Tail VS Sasuke !!

It’s time for some real action. Sasuke moves forward with his sword. The Jinchuriki uses Suigetsu’s sword to defend and counter. Sasuke uses a really cool move to dodge, he sticks his sword through the hole in the other sword and uses it to balance himself into kicking the jinchuriki and getting Suigetsu’s sword back.

The Jinchuriki seems impressed. He kind of says that he’ll fight more seriously now. He draws his eight sword.. He uses a really strange pose to grab all the sword, leaving only one leg free. He then uses a strange rolling attack that looks almost impossible to read. Sasuke falls back. It seems that attack is too much even for the sharingan.

Sasuke uses his chidori but, the jinchuriki can counter it with his swords. It seems like he’s really strong and experienced. He used some kind of chakra running through weapon ability to turn Sasuke’s chidori ineffective. Sasuke gets pierced by multiple swords.

I really liked this chapter. Reminded me of Sasuke/Itachi’s taijutsu fights. I’m guessing Sasuke wasn’t heart by using some genjutsu or something, although I’m not sure. He really seem worried when the jinchuriki first attacked. Sasuke still has many powerful moves left, including his Mangekyou but, the eight tails also doesn’t seem to have used any of his bijuu powers.

The Battle Of Thunder-Cloud Gorge

Sasuke forms a simple strategy and Hawk advances to capture the eight-tails. Suigetsu gets all pumped-up and automatically goes for the kill. The scenery gets trashed and Juugo complains about needing the jinchuriki alive. The jinchuriki blocks Suigetsus sword, he seems really strong. He’s rapping while he battles.

Suigetsu is acting a little hot-headed, just like Naruto uses to be. Juugo can advises Suigetsu to get back but, it’s too late, the jinchuriki disarms Suigetsu sending his sword flying. Are they up to the challenge? We shift to Naruto’s story.

It seems the "die" part was just Gamakichi’s way of making Naruto understand hard concepts, it seems he did the contrary this time lol.

The way Naruto is going to train by not moving hasn’t been fully explained but, for now, Naruto will use an oil that allows his body easier access to nature’s chakra. He’ll do this until he’s able to feel this chakra.

There’s a little disadvantage. He can turn into a frog if he doesn’t get all of his chakras in harmony. Luckily, there’s a stick made just for preventing that lol.

Even Jiraya couldn’t master this technique, that’s why he got real ugly when he used it.

I’m guessing won’t fully master this technique normally, seeing how he always had trouble leading with chakra. But, maybe he will create an original way of dealing with this, just like he did with the rasengan.

We shift back to Sasuke. Juugo is down. Suigetsu is amazed at how well he used his sword. It’s no wonder since the jinchuriki probably his a master with swords. Although, if ever uses the 8 swords, it’s when he get into bijuu mode. Being an octopus, it could mean he forms chakra arms to use the swords, just like Naruto uses his chakra.

It seems Sasuke has only been watching. Has he managed to get a way to capture him? He’s going to be attacking now. Can’t wait for the next one.

The Ancient Lore Of Myouboku Mountain

Naruto leaves with Fukasaku to Myouboku Mountain. It’s a really well hidden place, also hard to reach. The toads use a reverse summoning to get Naruto there.

In the Hidden Rain, Pein and Konan prepare to leave. Their orders are to get Naruto no matter what. I also doubt this mission will go smothly like the others. Does Pein have a way of locating Naruto? If not, he’s just going to Konoha and they will probably start a war. I don’t think Konoha will let them go but, the problem is if they can take him..

If Pein knows where Naruto is. Then we will head straight to the toad’s place. It will take him more time since it’s so hard to reach and well protected. In this case, Konoha would probably send back-up while Naruto and toad’s hold them back.

But, what if Madara decides to use this to attack Konoha? He has strong shinobi and Konoha forces would be divided if they still had to save Naruto.

Naruto continues starts his training. We learn about a new type of jutsu. The senjutsu, this is done by gathering chakra from the Nature and adding it to your own. With this, Naruto can get his taijutsu and ninjutsu really powerful.. if we add the Kyuubi’s chakra to the mix.. Still, Naruto lacks experience, also, he will be fighting the Rinnegan and a shinobi that no one really knows anything about, also possibly the strongest shinobi alive.. (at least without figuring out his "secret")

What’s this about Naruto having to die in order to be able to sense and use senjutsu? Of course dying is probably an exaggeration but, I really have no idea of what it truly means.

In the meantime, the author isn’t losing much time with Sasuke’s arc. They already found the 8-tails jinchuriki (who, by the way, probably represents an octopus bijuu rather than the snake everyone was expecting). The jinchuriki acts arrogantly. I don’t know if he’s underestimating them or if he can feel their power and still be confident. Still, he probably doesn’t expect to be facing a living Uchiha with the mangekyo. Juugo will definitively also be a surprise.

Can’t wait for the next chapter. I was afraid Kishimoto would cut this fight out like the clone and cat-bijuu fight.

Fukasaku’s Proposal

Hawk has already gotten to the Lightning Country. They meet a shinobi from the Eight-Tails clan, Yotsuki. It seems the jinchuriki here was trained and used as a proper shinobi like Naruto, and not cast out like the other jinchurikis. The shinobi they captured is far weaker than them but, refuses to tell anything. Sasuke uses his mangekyo and quicly makes him talk.

Sasuke only uses one eye. Maybe not to force hsi eyes, we still don’t know if his mangekyo is eternal or if he’s gonna go blind like the others. Maybe, it’s because he’s still not used to it and it takes a lot out of him to use it.

I can’t remember if the Cloud Village ever appeared on the anime fillers. I hope not, so that no incontinences are found in the settings. Anyway, the village is beautiful, all those clouds really low give it an heaven like touch. Probably my favorite scenery from the Naruto world.

In Konoha, they take the message to Fukasaku but, he can’t figure it out. I think his best bet for now would be that they don’t have the real Nagato or maybe the real Rinnegan. They are still going to wait for the autopsy results and the questioning to try to understand more. They need to know at least something, as little as it may be, if they are going to beat Pein.

Naruto is inpatient and Fukasaku offers to train him, because Naruto has no chance right now. I don’t know if this means they are going to do a technique similar to Jiraya’s transformation.

Meanwhile, in the Lightning Country, the jinchuriki seems to be doing some kind of training or something related to his bijuu. He comes out of the Gorge. Will the Hawk meet in there now? I hope this fight is completely shown unlike some others that were kind of skipped ahead, although I’m sure the anime will make nice use of this opportunity to make some awfully bad fights like Team Gai versus the clones..

The jinchuriki looks really odd for a Naruto character with his sunglasses, beard and blond/white hair. Can’t wait to see him fight.

To Naruto

I was thinking Naruto wouldn’t be of any help, since we all remember him to be dumb. But, it seems he has gotten smarter and more serious.

He notices that the first number of the code is actually a letter. He was able to notice it, because he had been reading Jiraya’s handwritten drafts.

So, the code was actually easy, it was just the handwriting that got in the way.

They go on with Kakashi’s help to realize that the letter probably refers to one of his books. Then they use the very popular method of every number referring to a pagr or line and they eventually get a message.

It makes sense as a sentence so, this is probably the right message. It reads "The real one isn’t with them". Now, what does this mean. My thirst thought is that this is an allusion to the promised child and that Pein is not it. Although it doesn’t make much sense talking about the "real" one. Now, I think maybe it’s about his students. Maybe he’s trying to say he’s not the real Yahiko or Nagato. Or maybe it’s about the Rinnegan.

Anyway, they are going to talk to Fukasako, since the message is probably about what they were talking about then, although I don’t remember everything from that time.

Meanwhile, Tobi, Pein and Konan are discussing. I though Pein was more like a robotic slave being ordered by Madara but, it seems he really has a will of his own. So, Tobi isn’t even going to Kononha, at least not with Pein. Pein, his other bodies and Konan are the ones that are going to get Naruto. Tobi, Zetsu and Kisame are probably going to wait for them.

Knowing they were strong enough for Jiraya and Konan is with them, I think Kononha is gonna have a lot of trouble. We don’t even know the full potential of the Rinnegan and there’s a new bodie that may have some new abilities.

Can’t wait to know more about the message and see Pein in action.

Unlock The Future

It’s time to put Jiraya’s work at use. The shinobi he trapped, is going to be taken in for questioning. It seems Jiraya also got one of Pein’s bodies, the one he defeated alone. I’m really curious to what the doctors will find out when they check him.

There’s also the important code. The decoders realise that the code probably uses a simple key. If they have the key, they can decipher it easely. Shikamaru goes around town looking for someone who could have a clue to the code.

Shikamaru’s last hope is Naruto. Shikamaru ends up being the one to really help Naruto moving on. Having suffered something very similar when Asuma died, Shikamaru understands Naruto better and makes him see things differently. Naruto seems confident again. Will he have any clue to the code?

Some new characters were presented. While the doctors won’t probably be very important as characters, the code deciphers, specially the girl, will probably appear more, because she likes Shikamaru.

Also, despite this chapter still being in that sad mood, because of Jiraya’s death, there were some trully funny moments.

What He Left Behind

The meeting continues. The frogs show the message that Jiraya left. It’s coded and it’ll take some time before they know what it means.

Naruto doesn’t care about this stuff and tries to blame Tsunade for Jiraya’s death. I think he’s just trying to get someone to blame to make it easier for him. Tsunade doesn’t answer, probably because she feels a little guilty too. Surely, there’s no guilt to be felt, Jiraya did what he had to do, no could stop him.

Naruto meets Iruka, but he wants to be alone. Iruka finds him latter and helps him with his feelings.

Tsunade changes all resources into finding the meaning behind the code. She too is hurting a lot because of Jiraya’s death.

So, the news to hit Konoha weren’t about Sasuke, I guess it makes sense, they don’t Konoha to know beforehand that they are coming for Naruto. I wonder if Naruto can defend himself. He, Kakashi and the others have gotten very strong, but still.. we’re talking about Madara, one of the greatest shinobi ever, maybe the stronger now, and he also has Zetsu and Kisame.

It seems the next chapter will shed some light on Jiraya’s message. I have no idea what the key could be. Maybe it’s Naruto?
